I will be remedying that with the next one, and huge apologies.<br /><br />Secondly, to OP #2, this is a small quibble, but one I will register nonetheless. Data entry and maintaining customer records is not "busy work." Busy work is stuff that someone gives you to keep you busy but which has no real value. Data entry and records maintenance is hugely important.
