Motivation is key, no doubt about it. But you also have to know how to transmit that motivation and enthusiasm to other people. That usually means going up to them and talking to them face-to-face. Scary stuff! Luckily there's a new "conversation rehearsal" website (www.talksmith.net) that lets employees rehearse conversations online and get feedback on their mistakes. Check it out before your "motivation" causes you to insert your foot firmly into your mouth!
